The UsuryFree Community Currency Movement and the SDI Industry To Create “Peace and Plenty” By 2020

 A growing global community of SDI entrepreneurs and 
usuryfree community currency traders:

LETS (Local Employment Trading Systems) and the evolving usuryfree community currency hybrids and the SDI (Self Directed Income) industry - both of which are based on human relationships and good communication - may not antithetical if we identify USURY as the greatest genocide in the history of mankind.

Our present obligation to work forty or more hours weekly for wages insufficient to pay our burden of taxes and interest (which ought to be correctly called USURY) is directly related to our passive acceptance of the debt-money system and its immorally repugnant element of USURY. We of the working class have become conditioned to slave for other people for 40 to 50 years of our working life. Too many of us have also been conditioned to work for various levels of government where absolutely nothing is produced in the economy.

We work at one or more jobs for fixed hours each day and our effort earns far more for our superiors than for ourselves. Many of us complain to each other but we do not take any action to break out of our economic bondage. Our status as employees within the traditional pyramid structure of diminishing opportunity severely restricts our ability to advance. Very few workers on the bottom of the traditional pyramids have an opportunity to advance to higher earning positions.

We therefore, resign ourselves to being small and our doing so does not serve humanity. We ought to manifest the glory of God that is within us and should seek to liberate ourselves from USURY which for generation after generation effectively keeps us all in economic bondage to greedy creditors.

We are conditioned by years of formal education to blindly accept our subtle economic enslavement. Those who are brilliant, talented and who dare to challenge the sacred cow of USURY are ridiculed and/or called kooks by our insecure fellow wage-slaves who are influenced by the media. We purchase our homes by foolishly signing impossible contracts agreeing to pay back the principal plus the interest (USURY) which is never created. When we are loaned money by a bank only the principal is created and our friendly banker exacts USURY from us on each monthly mortgage instalment. By siphoning off an amount of USURY equivalent to twice the cost of our home we are forced to pay for three houses while owning only one after 25 to 30 years.

If we fail to make our payments, the banker forecloses on our home, sells it below market value to one of his inside connections and throws our family out into the street. This element of USURY makes our money system immoral. All of our other loan and credit card contracts also exploit us in similar fashion largely because of our complacency. Is this our accepted and passive lot in life - to carry this yoke of economic iron on our backs and pass it on to our next generation with an exponentially increasing amount of USURY?

By accepting this enslavement curse we are supporting an economic system that is an antithesis-to-love and contrary to any system based on standards acceptable to a God of love. We need a new love-based money system based on usuryfree economics and a new distribution or marketing system to foster, network and expand this honourable system everywhere on planet earth as quickly as possible.

Both of these new systems have already been created and refined during the latter half of this 20th Century. If we take action to implement and link them, we will create a new synergism and will have "Peace and Plenty by 2020" as predicted by Buckminister Fuller. The evolving usuryfree, money system began with the launch of LETS (Local Employment Trading System) in the early 1980's and usuryfree time currency has become the optimal alternative as we progress into this 21st Century.

The evolving system for the distribution of goods and services is the SDI (Self Directed Incomes) industry formerly known as MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) or Network Marketing.

Despite the negative media coverage, each of these innovative concepts has been gaining recognition in the past two decades. The pioneers of each of these concepts have been mocked the mainstream media which in turn has influenced the public. Charlatans in the SDI Industry (formerly referred to as MLM or network marketing) have commanded so much negative media coverage that this concept is often incorrectly dismissed as a "pyramid scheme" by those unaware of changes actually occurring in the distribution of products and services. Activists within the usuryfree community currency movement have been so unfairly portrayed that fellow citizens will not read usuryfree community currency material just because certain activists write it.

Each of these concepts has evolved through intense growing pains. It is now clearly time for pioneers, long time supporters and neophytes to work together to develop creative ways to mutually accelerate the growth of the usuryfree community currency movement and the SDI industry so we can pursue our mission to throw the iron yoke of (USURY) off our backs.

It is indeed time to twin the growth of the usuryfree community currency movement and the SDI industry worldwide by using the internet as our communication tool. Ideally, the SDI industry is a co-operative effort consisting of multiple millions of individuals building inter- network of sales persons (SDI entrepreneurs) with everyone receiving fair and honest commissions on any business they generate. Ideally, the usuryfree community currency movement too, is a co-operative effort through traders building networks of traders and everyone receiving mutual benefits when they engage in fair and honest trade. In each case, the more one shares, the more benefits one receives.

In traditional retail marketing (and wholesaling, manufacturing and in the service industry - health, education, social services etc.) the superiors - department heads, sales managers, regional managers etc. - get their high profits from the work of the people locked at lower levels in their respective pyramid structures. In the SDI industry commissions are earned in a similar fashion with one notable exception - everyone has an open opportunity to build a network of SDI entrepreneurs who commit to co-operative teamwork.

By unitizing good management and leadership skills everyone can advance to any level of higher earning potential they choose. There are no bosses in  the SDI industry. You are an independent free enterpriser and no one is locked in a traditional pyramid with both diminishing and limited opportunity for advancement. With both the usuryfree community currency movement and the SDI industry, people are encouraged to investigate objectively before making a commitment to any particular exchange or opportunity.

Both the usuryfree community currency movement and the SDI industry are advocating a co-operative effort so that everyone can benefit. Goods and services which are needed for barter and exchange are in ready supply from SDI sources in addition to the skills and talents of individual SDI entrepreneurs. Whole new markets can be opened up for the usuryfree community currency movement by the first SDI company which adopts a usuryfree corporate currency and invites other free enterprisers to connect with them. 

This can be the beginning of economic co-operation. These elements of mutual advancement are denied to those of the working class who are resigned to accept the enslavement curse of the old form of capitalism which operates within the the traditional money system of USURY economics where usury-bearing money (cash) is often artificially in short supply though goods and services may be readily available.

The twinning of the usuryfree community currency movement and the SDI industry has the potential to permit the working class from all over the world to outgrow the economic menace of USURY and to create abundance through economic co-operation for everyone on planet earth before 2020.

The SDI industry offers any individual, various opportunities to purchase goods and services at wholesale prices. The usuryfree community currency movement offers the usuryfree banking system to facilitate the trades and exchanges within the respective networks which make up the SDI industry.

For over twenty years I have been searching for a leading SDI company which will consider adding a usuryfree corporate currency as an integral component of their marketing infrastructure. If none comes forward in the immediate future, we (SDI entrepreneurs who double as active traders within the usuryfree community currency movement) will have to create an SDI company to market selected products and/or services - perhaps even to market the usuryfree community currency movement complete with memberships, as well as resources for bartering and other related courses.

SDI companies are commonly debt free; there are no accounts receivable, no accounts payable, and without reliance on banks there is NO USURY in the SDI industry. Usuryfree community currency systems, which are debt free, are the perfect model of a usuryfree banking system. Usuryfree credits are traded and again the banks are excluded from any economic action.

We can request local Credit Unions to administer our usuryfree community currency accounts for a reasonable fee payable in barter credits. The Ottawa-Carleton Education Credit Union was approached with a request to administer usuryfree community currency accounts with a former SDI company which explored the possibility of making a usuryfree corporate currency a part of its infrastructure. The technology for creating dual accounts is available, BUT the political will (the numbers) has not yet surfaced. As a bonus to advance the political will - participating members and SDI associates are invited to transfer their federal cash accounts to any participating Credit Unions rather than leaving them in the traditional banks.

Neither SDI entrepreneurs nor usuryfree community currency traders require one to have special qualifications, degrees, or prestige to become a member or to make advancement. With both SDI entrepreneurs and usuryfree community traders, one's progress is solely determined by the time and effort put into one's endeavours. In the SDI industry, one works when one chooses and is free to select those with whom he/she works and there are no territorial boundaries anywhere worldwide.

In the usuryfree community currency networks, one trades when and with whom he/she wishes and there is no need for territorial boundaries since we can develop an umbrella organization to upload and download local transactions to any place in the world.

The SDI industry was developed so that the worker at the bottom of the pyramid can have equal opportunity to earn increasing, honest profits rather than limiting such privileges to the corporate executives and the corporation itself as is the case with traditional retail and manufacturing pyramids.

The twinning of the SDI industry and the usuryfree community currency movement must be the trend of the future if we are to take action to escape the iron yoke of (USURY) which has been depriving us of our abundance for too long. Our children will be forever grateful if we take action now. Given the nature of the SDI industry and the ease of our modern technology, the usuryfree community currency solution of  "usuryfree" economics can be networked around the globe at a rapid speed.

Traders within the usuryfree community currency movement and active SDI entrepreneurs are invited to read and ponder these thoughtful words from Nelson Mandella's inaugural address to the United Nations in 1995:

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate; our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us. It's not just in some of us. It is in everyone. And, as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. Let's liberate   ourselves!

A Syllabus Proposal For The SDI Community

We the active associates of the SDI industry can form things in our individual and collective thoughts, and by impressing our thoughts upon formless substance, we can cause the things we think about to be created. In order to do this, each of us must pass from the orthodox lifestyle and mindset of scarcity, deprivation, disease and competitiveness to a renewed lifestyle and mindset of abundance, enlightenment, co-operation and creativity.

We must form clear mental pictures of the things we want for and with the SDI community. And, we must hold these pictures in our thoughts individually and collectively with the fixed purpose to get what we want. We must maintain an unwavering faith that we will get what we want. We must close our minds to all that may tend to shake our purpose, dim our vision, or quench our faith. That we may receive what we want when it comes, we must act now upon the people and things in our present environment.

Grow Your Network, Grow Your Business

One of the success secrets many business owners miss is the idea that as you grow your network you will grow your business. Networking is a powerful tool and something that can help you meet the people that will help you build your team, make more sales and ultimately, help you increase your income. 
Work with people who own all kinds of businesses. Through my own experience I have learned that networking is a tool you can’t replace and brings benefits you can’t get any other way.

Why Networking is so Powerful

The adage that people do business with friends has been around for a long time for a reason. When it comes down to it, we trust our friends, want to help our connections out and often look for solutions within our circle of acquaintances before we go elsewhere.

In home based businesses including network marketing, success often comes down to who you know. This isn’t to say that business strategy, planning, hard work and dedication don’t pay off. It just means that people are what make your business successful and networking will help you get in touch with those people.

As your network grows, so do your opportunities. When you get to know more people, you are exposing your business to a wider audience and even tapping into potential sales leads.

There’s another benefit that comes with networking: finding valuable talent. As your business grows, so will your team. Networking is an excellent way to find people that can help your business grow and that have the talents and experience your team needs to reach its fullest potential.

Where do I Start?

People you Already Know

I always tell people to start networking with the people you know. You may not realize just how many professional connections you have. Think of all the people you have met at conferences, events, trainings and through social activities and hobbies. You probably already know a lot of people.

Start connecting with these people online and in person. I recommend using LinkedIn to organize your contacts and do some networking. Get back in touch with people you haven’t spoken to for a while and go to lunch, invite them to events or just catch up through email.

People you Meet Day to Day

As a home-based business owner or network marketer, you brush shoulders with people on a regular basis. Start looking at the people you come into contact with as networking opportunities and work to strengthen relationships with them.

Whenever you meet someone new, trade contact information and then follow up soon after with an email or an invitation to connect on LinkedIn. Foster a relationship by keeping in touch, forwarding helpful information and inviting new contacts to lunch or to an event.

Formal Opportunities

Don’t miss out on formal networking opportunities. Mixers, trainings, conferences, association events, local business events and other formal networking opportunities can give you a chance to meet people you wouldn’t otherwise come into contact with.

People at these events are there to network, so reaching out to new people and trading contact information is expected. Sometimes it’s easier to strike up conversation at networking events, where everyone is there to get to know each other.

Word of Mouth

One of the great things about networking is that it lets you use word of mouth to build your business. As you get to know people they can introduce you to their contacts and help you spread the word about your business when they feel you can benefit their friends.

The trick to making this happen is being willing to refer your contacts to others. As you meet people, be willing to introduce them to people you know when you think both parties could benefit from an introduction. When you do this, your contacts will know you welcome this kind of networking and be willing to return the favour.

There’s no question that networking is one of the most valuable things you can do for your business. As you meet new people, foster relationships and grow your network, your business will have opportunities it didn’t have before.

Introducing MNU - Marketing and Networking University - The Optimal SDI Opportunity

A brief history of the evolution of a University for the SDI (Self Directed Income) industry is in order.

Way back in the mid-1990’s, Neil Anderson and myself, both recognized the need for a University to serve the SDI Industry. In an article titled:
 "Analysis, Projections, Observations & Proposals For The SDI Industry" and published at the SDI Eye Opener it is written:


 “As the SDI industry advances to the second stage it demands that the leading SDI entrepreneurs professionalize the industry whereby educative advertising and quality training become the landmark characteristics of the industry. Just as MacDonald's created a "Hamburger University" in Chicago because one did not exist for the fast food industry, any would-be leaders in the SDI industry must create the SDI University because it does not yet exist. This is necessary because what is required of the SDI entrepreneurs at the 15% stage and the 75% to 80% stage is very different than what has been provided by the network marketing leaders at the 3% stage. In fact, one can visualize multi-level marketing and network marketing as being at the 3% stage of the SDI industry, while referral marketing and/or affiliate marketing are noteworthy at the 15% stage.”

As the first baby step in creating an educational tool for the SDI industry, I launched The SDI Eye Opener in 2009 as a twin blog for The UsuryFree Eye Opener.

Then in 2013, I launched The UsuryFree SDI University as a group at Facebook as I did not have (a) the necessary technical skills nor (b) the available financing to officially launch a professional website for an SDI University.

 Now in November 2014, active and prospective SDI (Self Directed Income) entrepreneurs are excited about the opportunity to build a better business network and get paid for the learning and teaching experiences at MNU (Marketing and Networking University) a very professional website.

Meanwhile, MD’s aren’t being allowed to actually practice the art of medicine and anyone who questions vaccination safety, pharmaceuticals, factory farms, etc. is ridiculed and belittled. Meanwhile, the billions keep flowing, carried on a river of pain and anguish.

Huge corporations funded by individual misery, one broken life at a time. Three huge stories, each worthy of multiple films, but each brought together by one staggering fact: it’s the same villain. These three story lines converge on Wall Street, in a tale of corruption, greed and shocking lack of conscience.
